About Us

Hi, my name is Steve Seabury, and I am a native South Portlander currently residing nearby in Cape Elizabeth and at Higgins Beach.  Since the mid-1960's I have traveled the world and lived from Boston to Seattle and points between in my corporate pursuits as a President, CEO and Group Executive of several multinational engineering and software companies.  In 1998, a quality of life choice led me to return to Maine as a permanent home.

I am very active in community issues including support of the Higgins Beach Association, beach profiling, and volunteer activities supporting the Maine Sea Grant program.  More recently, I have turned my interests toward helping others to find their new first or second home here in Maine.

Hi, I am Lisa Jesmain, a year round Higgins Beach resident.  I am a board member of the Higgins Beach Association, and I am very active in the local community.  I enjoy photographing our beautiful coastal area and sharing my reflections on the beauty of our communities on our local websites.

I bring 20 years of contract and procurement experience to my career as a real estate professional. My goal is to make your choice in selling or buying a home the most positive experience possible.
